If you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product you may return us the product for a full refund of product costs.

 

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must email us at support@mrknuckle.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • We require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

  • Your product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You're required to ship us the product back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Defective Products

in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we'll be glad to send you a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must email us at support@mrknuckle.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • We require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

  • you're required to send us a video showing the defect.

In rare cases, we may ask you to send us the product to inspect it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Please keep in mind

  • You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can only refund product costs.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
